Today we climbed Mount Maunganui at Tauranga. It was hot and high, but we jogged all the way up the 4500ft colossus.

 Once again heading off into the wild blue yonder. 

Things are feeling a lot different and I am trying to regain some of the excitement of travel. I am currently sitting at Brisbane airport with Kerry 2.0, having cleared security. If it wasn't for the company of Kerry 2.0 I would not have bothered leaving home at all. From here it's a flight with shitstar airlines ( which is already delayed as expected) to Auckland and then onto the 'Virgin" cruise ship for a few stops around NZ, then on to Sydney & Melbourne, then a flight home with a proper airline (Virgin).
